QVC TSV November 18, 2013 - Tarte Bow & Go Kit Eye Palette Swatches

I decided to do some quick swatches of the amazonian clay eyeshadows in the upcoming QVC TSV Tarte Bow & Go. I did the swatches over Mary Kay eye primer. This kit is going to be presented on QVC on November 18, 2013 and the order number is: A252459. The TSV price is $49.98.

Row 1: Tickled Pink, Playful Plum,
Radiant Rosewood, Sage Advise
Row 1 (left to right)
Tickled Pink: Light neutral pink with sheen, not a ton of color payoff but a very nice pink color. Perfect for a brightening inner corner or lid color.
Playful Plum:   Deep matte warm plum, great pigment. good for a crease color or under eye liner.
Radiant Rosewood: Medium matte beige brown, with good color payoff, great as a transition color or quick all over lid color.
Sage Advise: Medium neutral toned green with sheen, nice pigmentation and great for an all over wash of color or bring some pop to the under eye as a liner.

Row 1 and Row 2
Row 2 (left to right)
Beaming Bronze:   Golden bronze with a metallic finish, strongly pigmented, perfect for a fall look.
Grateful Grey: Matte medium cool charcoal gray, good pigmentation and the color can be built up.
Alluring Almond: Matte taupey grey/brown color, good pigmentation, nice for a transition color or everyday lid color.
Hot Cocoa: Warm medium brown with gold undertones with shimmer.
Row 2: Beaming Bronze, Grateful Grey,
Alluring Almond, Hot Cocoa

Third Row: Ideal Ivory, Roasted Chestnut, Buttercream Frosting, Pumped up Purple
Fourth Row: Marvelous Mocha, Truly Taupe, Peachy Keen, Blissful Brown
Row 2 and Row 3
Row 3 (left to right)
Ideal Ivory: Matte greyed nude, I find while this one has good pigment it can be a little chalky. I think it has too much of a greyed undertone to wear as a brow highlight for me.
Roasted Chestnut: Warm deep brown with sheen, great pigment, good for a crease color.
Buttercream frosting: Yellow champagne shade with a sheen finish, great as an all over lid color for an easy bright eyed look.
Pumped up Purple: Matte cool toned purple with deep pigment. Can be sheered out or worn deeper.

Row 4
Row 4 (left to right)
Marvelous Mocha:  Matte medium brown with cool/neutral undertones.
Truly Taupe: Cool grey taupe with cool undertones, shimmer shade, not as much pigment as I would like but it does build up nicely. I can see this as an all over the lid shade.
Peachy Keen:  Matte peach shade, good pigment, nice as a under brow highlight.
Blissful Brown: Rich matte chocolate brown, this shade packs a lot of pigment and is extremely creamy, be careful with this shade because a little can go a long way.
I really like the shades included in this set, and I love that it has so many matte colors, as well as the fact that it is so full of neutral colors. I hope these quick swatches help anyone out looking for an idea of the colors before the QVC presentation of the TSV Tarte Bow & Go.
